Scheduling & Travel Fees:

  • Facility Visits: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance to allow time for facility coordination and clearance.

  •  Fee: A non-refundable fee starting at $150 (varies by distance) is required at the time of booking.

  • Document Review: All documents must be reviewed in advance to ensure completeness and compliance with notary requirements.

Lockdown / Inmate Unavailable Policy:

If the facility is on lockdown or the inmate is unavailable to sign at the scheduled time:

  • The Full Fee remains non-refundable.

  • A rescheduling fee of $50.00 will apply if a second visit is requested.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the facility for a future visit.
